Assessments can take on many forms, from simple "Mystery Customer Shops" through to full individual Competency Assessments. 

 

We have project experience across a wide range of business and individual capability assessments. This includes full psychometric testing if required.

With a mix of onsite interview based assessments or via online quizzes NGG is able to identify both individual and business assessment. Where needed we will bring in specialists in the area of enquiry e.g. Leadership, Insights/Analytics etc. where our team lacks the depth of detailed understanding. NGG methodology and robust tools combined with industry expertise. 

 

Benchmarking

 

NGG uses a set of proprietary tools to gather information on your business's position within the market place. This provides another lens from the widely available industry serveys which can lack the fine detail and are sometimes biased by commercial trading conditions rather than real performance.
