WHAT IS CLARITY4D?Clarity4D is a personal assessment tool that is used to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. It is a behavioural model and psychometric tool based on the work of Carl Jung and uses colour to identify the four basic personality types.  

 

It is non-judgmental and help people discuss their behavioural differences.  Individuals complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about their personality and behaviour.Clarity4D profiles provide a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviours with others.

 

This can be within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.There are lots of psychometric models on the market that offer in depth psychological profiles, some can be too deep and complicated for a lot of people to apply to their behaviour and their style of communication.  

 

Clarity4D profiles are unique to the person - no two C4D Profiles are the same.
