Woolworths and Caltex terms

Woolworths and Caltex have entered into a deal whereby Woolworths will provide all of the groceries for the Caltex stores. This is a 15 year ‘wholesale’ agreement.
Our understanding of the situation is:
all grocery goods sold in any Caltex/Woolworths petrol forecourt will be provided by Woolworths,
Caltex are seeking to continue the relationship with suppliers in regard promotional and POS investment,
Woolworths are requesting that all supplier trading terms, rebates and deductions are applied to the future Caltex volume.
